Our April members' skillshare will look focus on Lower City Mills in Perth, Scotland. The mills have recently been taken over by the Perth and Kinross Heritage Trust, who plan to give them a new lease of life, creating a conservation ‘heritage hub’ with the Trust’s offices at its core.
