Have you ever wanted to meet the SPAB Scholars? Are you a SPAB Member, or thinking about becoming one? Do you love old buildings? Would you like an informal chat about heritage and building conservation?
Come and join us! We’d love to meet up with anyone who has an interest in old buildings, to hear your story and help you connect with others in the sector. We will be joined by the current four SPAB Scholars who will be able to tell everyone about their journey so far.
This will be a very informal evening with no set agenda – we will just let the conversation flow.
If you’d like to reserve a seat, please complete the booking form so that we can reserve suitable space in the bar area.

Tollcross is very well served by bus routes from across the city. The nearest stop is Home Street or Leven Street.
Bennet’s Bar is adjacent to the King’s Theatre, on the western corner of The Meadows.
Accessibility
This is a public bar. There is one step at the entrance and the door is rather narrow. We are booking an area with seating. It is not expected to be noisy.
