- Getting to know your old building
- Identifying and dealing with dampness and general repairs in advance of dealing with eco retrofit,
- Thermal upgrades
About the speaker:
Frank Keohane is an architectural historian and building surveyor specialising in the conservation of traditional and historical buildings of all shapes and sizes. He is the author of Irish Period Houses - A Conservation Guidance Manual (Dublin Civic Trust, 2016) and The Buildings of Cork: City and County (Yale University Press, 2020).
