Booking Terms and Conditions
Cancellations and Refunds
If you’d like to cancel your place on a SPAB course or event, please email the relevant team:
- Main courses and events: education@spab.org.uk
- SPAB Scotland events: scotland@spab.org.uk
- SPAB Ireland events: ireland@spab.org.uk
- Mills Section events: millsinfo@spab.org.uk
- Regional Group events for Members: membership@spab.org.uk
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund.
After 14 days, cancellations are subject to a £25 administration charge.
No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the course or event start date.
If we have to cancel a course or event, you will receive a full refund.
If we have to postpone, reschedule or relocate a course or event, or make any other major changes which mean you are no longer able to attend, you will receive a full refund.
Transfers
If you’d like to transfer your place to a friend or colleague, please email the relevant team.
We are unable to transfer tickets to a different course or event.
Transfers are at the discretion of the SPAB.
Online Talks
If you have technical difficulties attending an online talk but there are no issues with the broadcast, we cannot offer a refund.
We cannot offer refunds for pre-recorded talks.
Photography and filming
Photos and short videos may be taken for personal use, with permission of the course leader and all other participants in frame. They may only be used for personal reference. If you want to post on social media please message SPAB’s Comms Team (press@spab.org.uk or @spab1877) for permission. If your material is good we might ask to share it with our followers.
