Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel your place on a SPAB course or event, please email the relevant team:
- Main courses and events: education@spab.org.uk
- SPAB Scotland events: scotland@spab.org.uk
- SPAB Ireland events: ireland@spab.org.uk
- Mills Section events: millsinfo@spab.org.uk
- Regional Group events for Members: membership@spab.org.uk
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund.
After 14 days, cancellations are subject to a £25 administration charge.
No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the course or event start date.
If we have to cancel a course or event, you will receive a full refund of the course or event fee.
If we have to postpone, reschedule or relocate a course or event, or make any other major changes which mean you are no longer able to attend, you will receive a full refund.
Note: SPAB is not responsible for ancillary arrangements that attendees may make around their plans to attend a SPAB event and thus do not reimburse booked travel or accommodation should we cancel or postpone a course or event.
Transfers
If you’d like to transfer your place to a friend or colleague, please email the relevant team.
We are unable to transfer tickets to a different course or event.
Transfers are at the discretion of the SPAB.
Online talks and events
If you have technical difficulties attending an online talk but there are no issues with the broadcast, we cannot offer a refund.
We cannot offer refunds for pre-recorded talks.
Booking fees for some online lectures and events with limited capacity are non-refundable. This will be stated on the booking page.
