Gosford House Tour

Saturday 15 June 2019, 11am.  Please bring a picnic lunch - you are welcome to enjoy the ground for the remainder of the afternoon.

Gosford House is an imposing neo-classical mansion which was one of the last great architectural commissions of the celebrated Scots architect, Robert Adam. Constructed for the seventh Earl of Wemyss, the building was completed in 1800 – eight years after the architect’s death – and is recognised as an outstanding example of the later period of his work.

This private tour will be given by Lord Wemyss, and is a rare opportunity to hear first hand from the owner about this splendid building.

Full details about the house can be found here.
