He teaches and demonstrates for organisations including SPAB and RICS, and is a SPAB Guardian on the Education and Training Committee.

Sean's work focuses on the conservation of traditional plastering skills and the repair of historic buildings using appropriate materials and methods.

Participants will learn

  • Forming and repairing cornices.

  • Running and mitring internal and external corners.

  • Setting out mouldings and profiles.

  • Traditional decorative plasterworking techniques.

Sean will be supported by two additional instructors, with Gerard Edwards (2025 SPAB Fellow) acting as resident instructor throughout the course.

Lunch will be provided on both days. We are now inviting expressions of interest for this masterclass. Please complete the following questionnaire and we will be in touch in due course.
