Weobley is described in Pevsner as "a delightful little town, uncommonly rich in late medieval timber-framed houses," and this is no exaggeration. There is also a fine church and large castle site to explore along with an abundance of medieval hall houses and a small and rare group of half-Wealdens. Evidence for 15th century shop fronts can be seen on a number of buildings.

We'll be starting our visit at the village hall, where we'll enjoy a cup of tea/coffee and an introductory talk from historian Duncan James. Duncan will lead a tour of the village, including the church and castle site, with a break for lunch.

The ticket price includes tea and coffee in the morning and afternoon. Please bring your own lunch, which can be eaten in the village hall, or eat at one of the local cafes or pubs.

Multiple bookings
As long as there is space on the event, we usually allow you to book for both yourself and a guest. When completing the booking form, you will be asked to select the number of people and put in your own details on the first page, then to put in your second person's details on the next page. The event fee shown on each of these pages is for the individual person - you will be shown the total amount due once you get to the summary page.
