The Society for Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) are seeking a charity or not-for-profit organisation to take on the lease of the charming top floor of our offices at 37 Spital Square, London, E1 6DY. A beautiful 18th Century building in a central location, with space for up to 6 desks. 

The space: Sole use of the 3rd Floor office area, accommodating up to 6 desks. 

Location: Our office building is located in Zone 1 and is just a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street station, with connections to the Elizabeth line, London Overground, Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. 

What’s included: Access to a Shared kitchen, WC. The space can be supplied furnished or unfurnished.
