A white open-trestle post mill built in 1868. Restored externally in 1983 and 1988 much restoration in 2002-3. Blown down in November 2003. Rebuilt September 2005. Two pairs millstones and some other machinery in situ.

About 8 miles east of Canterbury. Turn right off A257 at Wingham by Red Lion, onto B2046 Adisham road. Take 2nd left after 1 mile by Gibsons Farm Shop, then stay on this road following signs to Chillenden. Mill is approx 1? miles on the left. Access via 50m track.Limited parking and no toilets on site.

Opening times: 2:30pm to 4:30pm every Sunday and bank holidays, from 2 May to 31 August. Parties at other times by arrangement.
