A brick tower mill with four double-shuttered patent sails and an ogee cap. Built in 1875, worked until 1936 by wind and until 1973 by diesel engine. Fully restored in 1991 and working commercially to produce organic stone-ground flour. Shop selling wholefoods. Teashop. Organic bakery.
