The present mill building dates from the 18th century with 19th century additions and machinery. It has an external overshot waterwheel driving three pairs of millstones, which have been restored to working order over a number of years.

National Mills Weekend opening times:

Sunday 8th May only, 11am to 4pm. Free entry. Waterwheel may be turning. Limited parking.
