Lower City Mills, Perth, and the work of Perth and Kinross Heritage Trust
Lower City Mills is a cluster of grade A listed watermill buildings in Perth, Scotland. On the Buildings at Risk Register for Scotland since 2012, it has now been taken over by the Perth & Kinross Heritage Trust, which plans to repair the site and bring it back into use as a conservation hub, with the Trust's office at its core. This skillshare from David Strachan talks more about the Trust's work and their plans for Lower City Mills.
