Spirit of Morris, 150 anniversary celebration at Burlington House

Celebrate William Morris’s birthday with us and the Society of Antiquaries.

SPAB ambassador Alice Loxton, historian, author and presenter, will give the keynote talk about her experiences of taking part in a working party, joining Scholars and Fellows trying her hand at stained glass techniques in Wells and the art of pargeting with SPAB tutors at the Heritage and Rural Skills Centre, Coleshill. She will also be available to sign copies of Eleanor: A 200-mile walk in search of England’s lost queen, copies of which have been donated by publishers Macmillan.
