Join the Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire Group for a fascinating visit in the historic city of Derby. Enjoy the rare privilege of being accompanied by a conservation architect, who will guide us through the remarkable Guildhall and share insights into its history, architecture, and ongoing preservation. We will also visit the Market Hall to witness the astonishing refurbishment works currently bringing new life to this much-loved Victorian landmark. At midday we will pause to enjoy lunch together at the welcoming Exeter Arms before continuing our day with a guided tour of the magnificent Derby Cathedral, where centuries of history, craftsmanship and stories await discovery. A wonderful opportunity to explore Derby’s architectural treasures in expert company.

Those who wish to have lunch at the Exeter Arms are responsible for ordering and paying for their own food and drinks on the day. (www.exeterarms.co.uk)
