Since the Fellowship takes place in three blocks, we need confirmation from your employer that they are happy to continue to employe you and to release you from work commitments during the three two-month blocks of the Fellowship. Once you have submitted this form, please ask your employer to email confirmation to Pip Soodeen, Fellowship Officer: philippa.soodeen@spab.org.uk - we cannot proceed with assessing your application until we have received this confirmation from your employer. Please ask them to include your name and the following confirmation in the email:

"EMPLOYER’S UNDERTAKING

I have read the brochure and notes on the Fellowship.

On behalf of [COMPANY NAME], I hereby agree to undertake to continue to employ and honour any agreement reached over wages for duration on the Fellowship (subject to normal terms and conditions of employment). I also agree to release him or her entirely from work commitments during each of the three two-month phases of the Fellowship."
