John Betjeman Award entry form

The John Betjeman Award celebrates the repair and conservation of places of worship. The Award is given in recognition of a single scheme of repair or conservation, rather than one that involves general works, extension, re-ordering. For more information on eligibility and criteria, check the Award page.

Please submit your entry by Wednesday 31 July using the form below. Before you start your entry, please have a look through the fields and make sure you have all the information you need to hand. Please note that you won't be able to save a draft of this form, so it's best to write your statement elsewhere and then copy and paste it into this form once you're ready to submit.

The judges may be in touch if they need more information to assist with the shortlisting process. Good luck!
