Volunteers play a vital role at the SPAB, we currently have over 30 fantastic volunteers who work at our offices in London and regionally fulfilling a variety of duties, from helping us run events, to interpreting the archives and assisting with our enormous volumes of casework.
The SPAB does not have an internship programme. However, from time to time we are able to offer short work experience opportunities for young people (usually school or university students in vacation time), giving an introduction to the variety of tasks the Society undertakes and a taster of working with a buildings conservation charity. If you would be interested in a short placement with the SPAB, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
There are currently no further opportunities for 2016.
