6 February 2018, 12pm-1.30pm
Emma Lawrence, the SPAB’s Head of Casework, explains the legislation that protects historic buildings and the wider policy framework; and gives up-to-date insight into how these work in practice. This short session will provide essential information for anyone working on or considering work on a listed building.
Lunchtime CPD Series
The SPAB is pleased to offer a second series of its popular short introductory sessions on key subjects, first run in 2017. These are specially designed to give you a way to easily meet your CPD requirements and improve your understanding of building conservation during your lunch break.
Held at our offices in central London, a short walk from Liverpool Street Station, we will be offering four sessions on core conservation topics, led by experts. Lunch is included in the ticket price and it is a great opportunity to meet likeminded people and discuss issues informing the care of historic buildings.
Other sessions in this series:
9 January Repairing old Buildings: The SPAB Approach
23 January Dealing with Damp in Old Buildings February
20 February Mechanical & Electrical Services in Historic Buildings
If you would like to book all four events in the Lunchtime CPD Series for a discounted rate of £140, please call our education and training team on 020 7377 1644.
