Clenchers Mill

Clenchers Mill

Watermill

This 18th century timber-framed mill, part of the Eastnor Castle Estate. The mill retains most of its machinery, some of which is wooden, and includes a pair of millstones and a recently restored bolter. The 1820 iron overshot waterwheel is one of the oldest in the county. The water supply has recently been reinstated and the machinery overhauled and will be working at 11.00 – 11.45.
