Damp is the enemy of old buildings and one of the most frequent issues that the SPAB is asked for advice on. In this presentation, Douglas Kent, SPAB Technical and Research Director, explains the different forms of damp, what causes them, how they can be identified and the best ways to treat and prevent damp in old buildings.
