Wangford Hall Visit

Registration is closed for this event

Saturday, 22nd June, 1pm

Wangford Hall, Lakenheath, Suffolk.

A rare chance to visit this 'high quality' timber framed house of which the earliest 'hall house' part is believed to date from the 15th century but with many subsequent additions and subject to gentrification! Long on the 'at risk' list it is now in new ownership and we shall be privileged to see it with much of the internal timber framing exposed and before repairs commence. As a consequence this a hard hat visit, though these can be provided by us, and for upper floor suitable footwear is essential. Tea & cakes provided!

Multiple bookings
As long as there is space on the event, we usually allow you to book for both yourself and a guest. When completing the booking form, you will be asked to select the number of people and put in your own details on the first page, then to put in your second person's details on the next page. The event fee shown on each of these pages is for the individual person - you will be shown the total amount due once you get to the summary page.

About the Fenland & Wash Regional Group
The group was set up by a number of enthusiastic members in 2003 to promote SPAB philosophy amongst homeowners and those who work on old buildings. Our area loosely covers Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire, although some events are outside this area.
