 ture\, built around 100 years ago in shuttered con
 crete with distinctive Art Deco detailing\, retain
 s a striking copper-roofed belvedere offering exte
 nsive views across the surrounding countryside. <b
 r />\n  <br />\n The visit takes place by kind inv
 itation of the owners\, Patrick and Barbara Firebr
 ace\, who will host the group and provide a buffet
  picnic lunch included within the booking fee. Vis
 itors will have the opportunity to explore both th
 e exterior and interior of the building\, includin
 g the accommodation that now occupies the space fo
 rmerly used for the water tanks. <br />\n  <br />\
 n After lunch\, the group will travel the short di
 stance to Lillington to visit the parish church\, 
 whose nave dates from the late 13th century. <br /
 >\n  <br />\n This visit offers a rare opportunity
  to explore an unusual\, listed structure and lear
