Donations

Temporary structural support, erected with assistance from the SPABWhether you have a special interest in vernacular architecture, building materials, conservation techniques or simply a love and a sympathy for what our forebears have created, your support is vital in taking the work of the Society forward and letting our voice be heard, our knowledge used and our principles practised.  We are grateful for all donations towards the Society’s work.
 

You can make a donation to the SPAB by selecting one of our pre-set donation packages. We offer two donation options. A donation with Gift Aid, available to UK taxpayers, allows the SPAB to reclaim an additional 25p tax for each £1 donated, at no extra cost to you. The other option is a donation without Gift Aid.

If you'd like to make a Gift Aid donation, please read the Declaration below. Clicking on the "Donate Now" below the "Giftaid it" logo indicates you have read and understood the Gift Aid conditions.

Gift Aid Declaration:
I would like the SPAB to treat all donations (including subscriptions) I have made for the 4 years prior to this date and all donations I make from the date of this declaration as Gift Aid donations, until I notify you otherwise.

I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all t he charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to  will reclaim on my gifts for  that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as  VAT and Council Tax do not  qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 28p of tax on every £1 that I gave up to 5 April 2008 and will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give on or after 6 April 2008.
